“I’ve always cared about my health. I cared so much I chose to make a career out of it as a Registered Dietitian. However, it wasn’t until meeting Jason and joining the Champion Fitness Family he helped me understand the power strength training could have in my life. After two babies and multiple years of pregnancy weight changes, June 2019 I began my new fitness journey: 6 weeks postpartum and 28.5% body fat. My mindset shifted- I wanted to be strong! With consistent workouts and balanced nutrition I was pleased with a 22.5% 3 months later. I continually watched my strength build. I felt good and wanted to keep going!
